Steve is a licensed Physical Therapist who received his Masters Degree in Physical therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 1997 and received his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in 1994. His research at the University of Alabama at Birmingham was on using computerized electromyography (EMG) to increase vertical leap in athletes which he later presented at the National American Physical Therapy Association Convention in Orlando, Florida in 1998. He has used computerized EMG training to successfully train athletes to increase their vertical leap since 1995 when he first developed the protocol. He trained at the Houston Rehabilitation Institute as an EMG tech from 1994-1996. He has worked continuously as a Physical Therapist for over 25 years. He was the director and president of the Southwest Neurological Rehabilitation Center for 9 years where he used computerized EMG to successfully retrain paralyzed muscles in stroke and spinal cord injury patients from all over the world. He has worked for Mountain Land Physical Therapy since 2008 in an outpatient sports and orthopedic clinic as the director and lead Physical Therapist. He is also presently the Chief Program Developer for NeuroBounce, which is a company that uses computerized EMG training to help athletes to increase their vertical jump by increasing motor neuron recruitment in the muscles used for jumping.
PRESTON DENISON
Sports EMG Biofeedback Specialist
Preston is from Saratoga Springs, Utah. He is a certified electromyography (EMG) technician and is currently the Sports EMG Biofeedback Specialist at NeuroBounce in Lehi. His passion for basketball has propelled him from a young age. Preston played guard for Westlake High School 6A Basketball. He helped his team win the High School San Diego Tournament in 2016. They also reached the Thunder's first ever Utah state semi-finals. Preston was team captain of his basketball team at BYUI. He is a certified referee and refereed for Idaho High School Activities Association (IHSAA). His passion for basketball continues today as he assists in coaching youth teams, leading basketball camps and improving personally. Preston spent two years in the Philippines doing service. He is married to his wife, Brooke, they enjoy spending time outdoors, dirt biking, vacationing, and playing volleyball. He has a strong desire to learn and is in the midst of pursuing a college education at Utah Valley University Woodbury School of Business. He is actively involved in competitive basketball leagues, and a two time champion in a pro-am league. Dunking in games has become one of his favorite parts of the game. TYLER SHUMWAY, BEXSc
Sports EMG Biofeedback Trainer
Ty earned his Exercise Science degree at Utah Tech University and is continuing his education at Rocky Mountain University to obtain his doctorate of physical therapy. He grew up in Dallas, Texas participating in multiple sports including football where a 38-inch vertical helped him receive All-District and Academic All-state honors as an inside linebacker. After high school, he spent two years serving the people of Chile where he learned Spanish. After playing college football, Ty coached middle school football for multiple years. He has experience as a personal trainer and has also been working with Steve Bennett for over a year to successfully help athletes significantly improve their vertical leap, explosiveness, and overall athletic ability. Ty is passionate about exercise and learning about the human body to optimize both health and performance. He is a huge football, basketball, baseball, and sports fan. He also enjoys bass fishing, pickleball, and spending time with family.
Tanner McGladrie
Sports EMG Biofeedback Specialist
Tanner is attending Utah Valley University where he is finishing up his degree in Exercise Science. His competitiveness and drive to make others better makes him a great coach and trainer. He worked with Preston to become a certified EMG tech and is ready to help athletes gain an edge. Tanner is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio where he started at safety and punter on the varsity football team for 3-years and centerfield on the varsity baseball team for 4-years. Tanner also coached safeties and special teams after tearing his ACL a month before his senior year. Playing sports and being outside has always been his life and now he gets to help others work towards their goals. After serving the people of Brazil for two years, he came out to Utah for school where he met his wife Brooke. They've been married since November 2021. They both love volleyball, basketball, working out and visiting new places. Any chance they get they go play sand, court or even grass volleyball. Tanner sees the science behind what NeuroBounce is doing, but hopes that you will come experience it firsthand for yourself.

Andi Asay started her professional career in SaaS Sales (Software as a Service) where she became her then-employer’s leading sales representative by utilizing Zoho CRM to bring organization and clarity to the company’s sales process.
Andi quickly discovered that most sales representatives lack useful and appropriate tools that would optimize and focus their sales processes. She found her true passion in streamlining and automating the sales processes across the gamut of industry. In 2020, Andi founded Z1 Consultant. Andi is delighted to design and install the specific processes and tools that her valued clients need to meet and exceed their goals. Andi and her husband John live in Saint George Utah.
Rex Hale
Chief Operating Officer
Rex Hale is the CEO of Q90 Corporation, a custom software development company based in Payson, Utah.
Rex has been involved in various startups and entrepreneurial ventures since the age of 12. He attended Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University. In college he studied computer science, but after working for six years at Novell and Intel, he started a business creating custom software for clients in the United States. This company was sold to Quintam Corporation in 2001. In 2003 Rex started Q90 Corporation, a custom software development company with a focus on joint ventures. Q90 has employees in Australia, Canada, Philippines and in the United States in California, Utah, Ohio and South Carolina.
Rex currently serves on the board of A Child's Hope Foundation, where he served as co-chair of the board from 2014 to 2017. Rex has served on the advisory board for Camp Kesem, as well as on the non-profit boards for Youth Champions Charity and Entrepreneur Organization. Rex has also served as the president of the Springville-Mapleton Area Chamber of Commerce. Rex was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017 by the Utah chapter of Entrepreneur Organization.

Sydnee Muhlestein

Sydnee is from Payson, Utah and attended Brigham Young University where she was part of the BYU Track and Field team throwing javelin. Sydnee met her husband Dennis on the track team while he was throwing discus and shotput. They have been married since December 2016 and currently have two children together. She majored in psychology and graduated in 2020. Since then she has been home taking care of her two kids and managing all that comes with being a stay at home parent. She is excited to be part of the NeuroBounce team and help things run smoothly. Sydnee enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her family.
