WHAT IS NEUROBOUNCE?

NeuroBounce is a technique that includes 12 hours of personalized jump coaching, divided into EMG sessions and workout sessions.

NeuroBounce uses sophisticated EMG (Electromyography) to train the brain to maximize motor neuron recruitment to muscles used in jumping. This leads to large increases in explosiveness, power, and vertical jump height when followed up with our specially designed strength and power training.

Every muscle used in jumping is actually made up of thousands of individual muscle fibers, which must receive signals from the brain to be activated during athletic performance. A higher percentage of fibers in a given muscle that are activated (and then strengthened and trained correctly) results in more power, explosiveness, and vertical jump ability. This will give an athlete an extreme competitive edge in any sport.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

On average, a person uses 55 to 60 percent of their muscle fibers when they are jumping, specifically in their quads and calves. In order to increase that muscle capacity, or to innervate a muscle, the neurons in the brain need to send signals to the muscle. The NeuroBounce process trains the brain to maximize motor neuron recruitment to muscles used in jumping. This leads to large increases rate of explosiveness, power, and vertical jump height when followed up with our specially targeted workout sessions.

EMG Training Program

NeuroBounce is an 8 session (usually 4 week) program
You will receive 4 combo sessions that will include EMG muscle recruitment and a workout session (1 per week)
Electrodes are placed on your upper and lower quads and the calves to recruit and strengthen the muscle fibers
You will have 4 additional workout sessions with our personal strength coaches (1 per week)
Between the EMG sessions and the workout sessions, you will spend a minimum of 12 hours divided over 4 or 5 weeks. Your personal strength coach will help you determine the best workout for your sport and your skill level.
You will be given an ongoing workout program to do on your own at completion of the program or you can add-on an additional course for more personal coaching and strength training.
